Delivery Charges:

Postage and Packing to all UK mainland addresses is free for standard Royal Mail first class delivery, or £3.95 for First Class signed for. If you live locally you can collect from any of our stores. For shipping outside of the UK mainland the following charges will apply:

Orders are usually shipped with 3 days, although we do aim to ship on the same day as the order is placed.

Delivery Policy

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address.

Delivery Schedule

On receipt of your order we will despatch your goods as described above.

If your chosen goods are out of stock or no longer available we will advise you by email. We will not charge you until we have confirmed your goods are available.

In the case of orders greater than 1 pair of shoes goods may be despatched at different times.

Tax Charges

The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T in the U.K. Outside the EU VAT is removed from the price at the payment screen.

Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything to us you can do so within 14 days of purchase in its original, undamaged packaging. (e.g. the box)

If we find that the product has been returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for re-sale, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns can be taken back to our retail stores. Please take proof of purchase with you and tell the sales assistant that you have purchased the goods online.

Returns can be sent by post or courier service.

Complete the enclosed returns label and state the reason for return and whether you want a refund or a replacement.

Please take to a Post Office and obtain proof of delivery, as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

Costs of returning the goods are not refundable except in circumstances where the goods are deemed to be faulty.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order please call 0161 330 3989 and we will be happy to stop your order and refund any money owed.

Your credit card details are encrypted by Nitrosell (Our webstore provider) and are held securely on their server. Encryption takes place both before processing and when stored on the database. Credit card details are never held in a clear format. We use REALEX payments to manage our transactions and Barclays Bank to authorise them.
